Former CEO of Aetna- Mark Bertolini in an interview said, “A lot of times I bring principles of yoga into the workplace, but I don’t highlight them as principles of yoga.” He also added that practicing “Pranayama (Vedic) chanting are ways of stealing the mind and the body so you can sit in mediation and search internally for extended period of time on that journey.” For him, it becomes important for an entrepreneur to include yoga and mindfulness for true leadership.
